This website is operated by Allintra L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company incorporated in Meydan Free Zone, with its business address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Allintra”).
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms govern access to Allintra’s institutional website, blog, informational pages, and waitlist. This is a pre-launch website. It does not provide the app, a Smart Account, wallet, credit, card, custody, payment service, or cryptoasset transaction.
Future products and features will have their own terms before they become available.
3. Product in development
Screens, journeys, features, integrations, costs, limits, assets, networks, supported countries, and dates shown on the website are conceptual or estimated and may change before launch. Allintra may change, postpone, or discontinue described features without creating a right to access, compensation, or future availability.
4. Waitlist
By joining the waitlist, you ask to receive updates about Allintra’s development and launch.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our emails.

- It does not reserve a card or product.
- It does not represent approval, eligibility, or priority access.
- It does not constitute an offer, launch promise, or availability guarantee.
- It does not replace checks, agreements, or terms that may be required in the future.
5. Informational content
Website content is general and educational. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, nor a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or enter into any asset or product. You should assess your own circumstances and obtain independent professional advice when appropriate.
6. Acceptable use
You may access and share public links to the website for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, bypass security measures, introduce malicious code, perform abusive automated data collection, or use Allintra content or branding in a misleading way or in a manner that suggests an affiliation, approval, or representation by Allintra.
7. Intellectual property
The website, visual identity, trademarks, copy, illustrations, layouts, and other materials belong to Allintra or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property rights. Uses beyond ordinary browsing, legitimate quotation, or link sharing require prior permission where applicable law so requires.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including the Loops email platform. Those services have their own terms and practices. Allintra does not control external websites, but it remains responsible for obligations that applicable law assigns to it for activities it chooses to carry out.
9. Availability and liability
Allintra aims to keep the website accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, an error-free experience, or immediate updates to all content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Allintra is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of general website content, temporary unavailability, or external services beyond its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data in connection with the website and waitlist is explained in the Website and Waitlist Privacy Notice, available in the website footer.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Mandatory rights that may apply to you in your jurisdiction remain unaffected, including data protection and consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
12. Changes and contact
Allintra may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, its operations, or applicable law. The version and effective date will be displayed at the beginning of this document.
