Everything you need to know.
Clear answers about the card, your crypto, crypto-backed credit, and Allintra’s non-custodial Web3 experience.
Card and funding
From USDC to your card balance
Understand how funds reach the card and how debit purchases work.
Does Allintra Card work as credit or debit?
Purchases are always processed as debit. You fund the card first and can spend only the balance already available.[1]
How can I fund my card?
You can choose one of three paths:[1]
Do I have to sell my crypto to use the card?
Not necessarily. You can use crypto as collateral to obtain credit in USDC. You may also convert crypto directly into USDC or fund the card with USDC you already own.[1]
Does my crypto automatically become card balance?
No. Your crypto, available credit in USDC, and card balance are separate values. You choose how much USDC to send to the card funding flow.[1]
Can I spend crypto directly with the card?
Not directly. The card spends only the balance funded in advance. A debit purchase does not automatically move or convert your crypto.[1]
Are available credit and card balance the same thing?
No. Available credit remains in the Web3 layer until you authorize USDC to be sent to the card provider’s funding flow.[1]
Who issues the card?
The card is issued and operated by a specialist partner. Allintra provides the brand and organizes the experience, but it is not the card issuer.
Is the card available now?
Allintra Card is currently in development. Follow the launch for availability information in your region.
Credit and collateral
Coverage, repayment, and growth
See how collateral supports used credit and what can change your position.
What happens if the value of my crypto falls?
If you have not used any credit, a drop in crypto value does not create debt or a collateral coverage requirement. If credit is outstanding, the decline may reduce your position’s coverage. Protocol rules may then require you to add collateral or reduce the debt; insufficient coverage may lead to liquidation.[1]
Does adding more crypto repay my credit?
No. Adding crypto increases collateral and may improve the position’s coverage, but it does not reduce the debt. To reduce or repay the credit, you can pay directly in USDC or authorize another cryptoasset to be converted into USDC and used for repayment.
Is there a monthly bill or fixed payment date?
There is no traditional monthly bill or fixed due date while the collateral maintains the required coverage. The credit remains subject to interest, costs, and protocol rules.[1]
Can I repay the credit whenever I choose?
Yes. You can reduce or repay the credit in USDC when you choose, under the terms shown by the protocol.
Can my available credit increase?
It may. Additional collateral or an increase in the value of your crypto may expand your credit capacity, subject to the protocol’s limits and coverage rules.[1]
Wallet and Smart Account
Authority and position, clearly separated
Your Web3 wallet authorizes. Your Smart Account organizes the position.
Who controls my crypto?
You do. Your Web3 wallet holds the keys, signs operations, and remains the authority for your Smart Account. Allintra cannot move your crypto on its own.
Does Allintra custody my crypto?
No. Allintra provides the interface and Smart Account, while your Web3 wallet remains the authority. Collateral and credit are accounted for on-chain by the protocol as your Smart Account’s position.
What is a Smart Account?
It is an on-chain programmable account with its own address, provided through the Allintra experience and owned by the Web3 wallet you control. The app uses it to organize and present your collateral, debt, and credit position.[2]
Can I connect MetaMask or Trust Wallet?
The architecture supports signatures from compatible wallets such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and hardware wallets. Actual compatibility by wallet and network will be confirmed in the product.
Can I access my crypto without the Allintra app?
Yes. Because the structure is non-custodial and on-chain, you can use compatible tools to manage your position directly on the blockchain.
Will my Smart Account appear inside MetaMask or Trust Wallet?
Not necessarily. Those wallets may sign compatible operations without displaying every Smart Account balance or position natively. Confirmed blockchain state remains the source of truth.[2]
Can Allintra recover my private key or recovery phrase?
No. Allintra never receives or stores your keys, so it cannot recover a lost phrase or reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction.
Costs and security
What to check before you confirm
Costs, networks, and risks vary with each Web3 operation.
What costs may apply?
Depending on the operation, costs may include credit interest, blockchain gas, conversion fees, protocol costs, and card-related charges. Applicable amounts should be shown before confirmation.[1]
Which crypto assets and networks will be supported?
The app will show only the assets, contracts, and networks that are currently enabled. Availability may change according to security, operational support, and protocol rules.
Will I always have to pay gas?
In one form or another, yes: gas is part of the transaction cost. When you use the Allintra app, a Paymaster advances the gas in the network’s native token while you cover the equivalent cost with another supported cryptoasset. This means you do not need to hold the native token solely to pay gas. If you transact outside the Allintra app, you will need the native token of the blockchain you are using to pay the transaction’s gas.
What happens if I use the wrong network or address?
On-chain transactions may be irreversible. Always check the asset, network, destination address, amount, and costs before signing.
Does Allintra guarantee that I cannot lose funds?
No. A non-custodial structure keeps you in control, but it does not remove market, liquidation, network, stablecoin, protocol, or smart-contract risk.
Account and app
One interface to keep everything organized
Learn how identity, Web3 positions, and card purchases fit into the experience.
Will I need to complete identity verification?
Access to card features may require identity verification. That process does not create or control your Web3 wallet.
Where can I view my crypto, collateral, and purchases?
The Allintra app presents your Smart Account, its collateral, debt, and credit position, your card balance, and transactions in one interface. Your Web3 wallet is shown as the authority, and every value remains clearly separated.
