2. Scope
This Notice applies to the institutional website, blog, informational pages, and pre-launch waitlist. The website does not collect keys, wallet addresses, balances, positions, collateral, debts, financial transactions, or KYC data.

Where required, we send launch communications with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Technical data needed for website security and operation may be processed for Allintra’s legitimate interests or to comply with legal obligations, as permitted by applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Because Allintra is based in the United Arab Emirates and uses international providers, data may be processed in other countries. Where required, we use contracts and other appropriate safeguards to protect personal data during these transfers.

You may stop launch emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each message. Unsubscribing is free and does not prevent communications strictly required to answer your request or comply with law.
11. Local storage
The website uses browser local storage to remember your language preference. This information stays on your device and can be removed through browser settings. Allintra does not use it to build an advertising profile. Before enabling non-essential analytics or advertising tools, we will update this Notice and the applicable controls.
12. Security
We use technical and organizational measures proportionate to the data we process. No system is completely invulnerable, but we aim to limit collection, restrict access, and use providers with appropriate security and data protection commitments.
13. Children
The website and waitlist are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so that we can assess its deletion.
14. Automated decisions
The pre-launch website does not perform credit assessment, credit scoring, financial profiling, or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
